Zur Alten Burg

A restaurant opening is not one poster or one social post. Guests need one dependable story across the place, the menu, local media, Google and day-to-day communication.

About the business

Zur Alten Burg was a local excursion restaurant in the Rodalben area under new operation. Its guests included regulars, walkers, families and people discovering the venue through local recommendations and search.

The customer problem

The opening brought many practical messages at once: new ownership, opening information, daily meals, contact details and expectations about the venue. If those messages appeared separately, guests would have to assemble the truth themselves.

The strategic response

deXon approached the opening as one coordinated guest-information system. The priority was not decorative novelty, but consistent facts, recognisable presentation and material that worked in local media, online channels and at the venue.

What deXon delivered

  • Opening communication direction
  • Restaurant and daily-menu materials
  • Print coordination
  • Google and Meta presence support
  • Guest-information hierarchy
  • Local-market messaging

Operational value

The restaurant entered the opening period with one coherent set of information instead of disconnected announcements. The project demonstrates deXon’s operator-led hospitality work; it does not claim unverified booking or revenue figures.

Local newspaper coverage of the Zur Alten Burg opening
Completed client work. The project is supported by original opening material and local press coverage. The press item is shown as documentary evidence, not as a deXon-designed page.
