Atmosphere & trust
Good hospitality should not lose guests between channels.
deXon organizes the digital guest path for small and mid-sized hospitality businesses: Google, social channels, website, menu, messages, reservations, catering enquiries and print should work as one professional welcome.
For restaurants, cafés, bars, family-run venues and catering companies: multilingual websites, Google & Maps, Meta channels, email, newsletters, WhatsApp, SMS, reservations, catering enquiries and print.
Five or six clear decisions. One first priority. Personally continued by Dejan in writing.

Inspect the evidence ↘What deXon actually fixes
deXon is not a general design studio. I organize the points where a small or mid-sized hospitality business is found, checked, understood and contacted.
Profile data, opening hours, imagery, reviews and trust signals must work before the guest clicks further.
A mobile page explains the offer, atmosphere, menu and next step without making the guest search.
The guest is guided into a usable enquiry: occasion, timing, party size, budget range and special requirements.
Replies, reviews and follow-up are structured so reputation becomes a relationship, not just a rating.
Menus, flyers, cards, labels, packaging and catering material continue the digital promise inside the operation.
Names, content, recipes, access, commissioned work and responsibilities become organizationally visible.
The invisible gap
Many restaurants, cafés and catering businesses already do good work. They still lose enquiries when Google, Instagram, menus, websites and messages do not lead the guest clearly to the next step.
Google, Instagram, menus, PDFs and messages exist separately—but the guest does not immediately know what you offer or how to act.
A good venue becomes just another search result when offer, voice, imagery and next action do not connect.
Hidden menus, unclear catering information, slow replies and channel-hopping make a simple decision unnecessarily hard.
The deXon guest path
We do not replace what already works for the sake of novelty. We arrange the existing touchpoints so the guest understands faster, trusts sooner and contacts you directly.
Positioning, atmosphere, images and signals that earn trust.
Website, menu and profiles give immediate orientation.
Reservation, catering enquiry or message without needless detours.
Reviews, replies, follow-up and return are intentionally handled.
Google, social, email, WhatsApp and referrals remain entry doors. The path behind them becomes clear, direct and under your control.
Selected deXon components
These components show how digital disorder becomes a usable flow: for reservations, catering enquiries, messages, menus and guests who should return.
No invented metrics. No borrowed logos. We show what the system changes and why.
Reservations and enquiries
A guided path for reservations or catering enquiries that asks only for the information the operation genuinely needs.
The guest moves between profile, menu, telephone and messages without knowing which details the business needs.
Reservation OS gathers occasion, party size, timing, budget range and special requirements in the right sequence.
A usable request reaches the place where the business can confirm, decline or follow up precisely.
All content without the interactive view
A guided path for reservations or catering enquiries that asks only for the information the operation genuinely needs.
A focused digital welcome that connects Google, website, menu, offer and next action.
A structured layer for enquiries, reviews and follow-up that increases speed without replacing human hospitality with generic automated language.

A table, catering need, takeaway order or occasion becomes an explicit request first.

What deXon actually takes ownership of
This is not a loose agency menu. Every service answers a practical question: how does the guest find you, understand you, contact you and remember you?
We clarify why the right guest should choose you—without interchangeable agency language.
Your business looks online like the quality guests should experience in person.

We clarify why the right guest should choose you—without interchangeable agency language.
A mobile first arrival that explains the offer, atmosphere, opening hours, menu and next step.
Guided decision paths that give guests confidence and give your operation usable enquiries.
A maintained presence where local decisions begin: search, maps, reviews, opening hours and practical profile information.
A professional flow for enquiries, reviews and post-visit communication across messages, email, newsletters, SMS or the guest base you already hold.
For businesses with their own concept, we organize which names, content, recipes, procedures, access rights and commissioned work carry business value.
Menus, flyers, catering decks, cards, labels, packaging and other guest materials—specified and coordinated through one responsible person.

Operator before designer
Dejan Arnautović brings more than two decades as an Executive and Head Chef across Germany, Canada and Serbia into digital strategy and system design. Every decision is judged against a real service day in a restaurant, café, bar or catering operation—not only a presentation screen.
No interface without operational purpose.
deXon works remotely and primarily in writing. You respond when service and day-to-day operations allow; decisions, approvals and delivered work remain documented and easy to revisit. We use a meeting when it genuinely shortens a decision.
The working path
Structured enough for certainty. Flexible enough for real operations.
We experience your business exactly as a new guest encounters it today.
We define the shortest credible path from discovery to direct action.
Copy, design, website, enquiry flow, Google logic or printed materials become a usable part of the business.
After handover or launch, you can retain a monthly review, quarterly systems audit or ongoing digital-operations support.
Clarity before cost
No universal package and no open-ended hour bank. Diagnosis, priority, scope, outcome, timing and rights are written down for each stage.
The usual range for focused engagements—depending on complexity, locations, languages, existing systems and approval speed.
Each priority can be commissioned separately. The next stage never becomes an automatic obligation.
New enquiries are personally reviewed during the published response window; messages outside it enter the next working period.
Fit before proposal
Before any paid work is authorized, you receive a written basis for the decision—specific enough to know what you are buying, without transferring the full implementation method before engagement.
Rights are not hidden behind a blanket ‘everything is yours’ sentence. Each stage states what belongs to you, which usage rights are granted and which existing studio or third-party systems remain separate.
Fonts, software, imagery and other third-party material remain subject to their original licences. Portfolio use requires separate permission.
deXon identifies the parts of a small or mid-sized HoReCa operation that carry value and organizes the existing evidence before growth, a partner change or expansion multiplies ambiguity.
Organizational IP readiness—not legal advice, registration, contract drafting or representation in a dispute.
When delivery is complete, you choose the depth of continued support. A retainer is an option, never a condition for the delivered system to remain usable.
No sales theatre. One concrete first assessment.
Send me the digital point where guests begin today. You will not receive a standard deck—you will receive one concrete assessment of Google, website, menu, enquiry path and direct action.
Dejan personally reviews new enquiries during studio response hours, 09:00–15:00 CET/CEST. Messages received outside that window enter the next working response period.
01 · Your operation
This establishes how guests decide and which information must earn trust first.
Clarity before the first step
No. A website may be part of the system. The real work is the full path from discovery and trust to orientation, direct enquiry and return.
Not automatically. Existing channels and tools are assessed first. What works stays. What breaks the guest path is simplified, connected or replaced.
Small and mid-sized restaurants, cafés, bars, family-run venues and catering companies that already do good work but need to be found, understood and contacted more clearly.
You work directly with the founder, remotely and primarily in writing. You respond when operations allow; decisions and approvals remain documented. Meetings are used only when they genuinely shorten a decision.
No two starting conditions are identical. After diagnosis, you receive the scope, price, timing and outcome of each stage in writing. You can authorize one stage without committing to the next.
Focused engagements usually take two to eight weeks. The exact schedule depends on complexity, locations, languages, existing systems, available materials and approval speed.
