deXon Studio · Provider information
Responsibility should be as clear as the system itself.
The information below identifies the provider, scope of responsibility, working model and boundaries of the published content.
Provider and content responsibility
Dejan Arnautović · deXon Studio · Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
Email: hello.dexonstudio@gmail.com. deXon Studio works remotely for hospitality businesses in the Pfalz, across DACH, in Serbia and internationally.
Scope of services
deXon Studio develops digital hospitality systems, positioning, websites and Digital Lobbies, reservation and enquiry paths, communication systems, local presence, coordinated print and organizational Hospitality IP readiness.
Binding scope, exclusions, fees, schedule, cooperation requirements, usage rights and handover are defined in writing before each commissioned stage.
Hospitality IP readiness—professional boundary
deXon’s IP work is organizational: inventory, responsibility mapping, documentation structure, risk questions and preparation of an organized working file.
It is not legal advice, a trademark or design filing, contract drafting, legal representation or a binding legal opinion. Those services remain with licensed lawyers and other appropriately authorized professionals.
Copyright, usage rights and marks
The content, design and studio systems presented on this website are protected. Reproduction or commercial use beyond statutory limitations requires written permission.
Rights in client work are not handled through one blanket sentence. Each stage distinguishes client accounts and data, paid bespoke work, pre-existing deXon methods and third-party content or software.
Names and marks remain the property of their respective holders. Two projects are named solely to describe work that was genuinely performed.
Content standards
deXon does not publish invented metrics or promises that cannot be substantiated. General information does not replace assessment of a specific operational, technical, tax or legal situation.
External platforms may change content, terms or availability. Their providers remain responsible for external content.
Communication and formation of an engagement
A message, diagnostic or initial observation does not itself create an engagement. Work begins only after written agreement on a defined stage.
Studio response hours are 09:00–15:00 CET/CEST. Messages outside that window enter the next working response period.
