deXon Studio · Project terms

Every stage starts with clarity and ends with a clean handover.

These principles describe the working framework. Only the scope, fee, schedule and rights agreed in writing before a specific stage become binding.

01

Project Decision Brief

Before paid work begins, you receive a written decision basis covering the diagnosis, first priority, deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, timing and price of the proposed stage.

A diagnostic or initial observation is not an engagement. A stage begins only after your written approval.

02

Stages, fees and cooperation

Work is priced case by case because starting conditions, locations, languages, access and existing systems differ. There is no mandatory retainer and no stage automatically commits you to another.

Payment dates, required material, access, approvals and responsibilities are defined for each stage. Delayed cooperation may move the delivery schedule.

03

Revisions and acceptance

The number and type of included revisions are stated before work begins. A new request outside the approved scope is documented as an addition and separately approved instead of being silently absorbed.

Handover includes the agreed work, access information, source files and operating or maintenance guidance where those items form part of the stage.

04

Ownership and usage rights

Client accounts, domains, data and access control remain with the client. Usage rights and agreed source files for paid bespoke work transfer after full payment as defined in the Decision Brief.

Pre-existing deXon methods, reusable non-client-specific components and internal tools remain with deXon. Third-party fonts, images, platforms and software remain governed by their own licences.

05

Confidentiality and case studies

Non-public operational information, access and documents are used only for the agreed work and handled with reasonable care.

A client name, logo, statement, metric or confidential material is not published as a case study without separate permission.

06

After launch

After completion you may choose full handover, a monthly operational review, a quarterly audit or separately agreed digital-operations support. Ongoing care is an option, not a condition for using the delivered work.
