What this site does not use

The site uses no advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or marketing analytics. deXon performs no automated decision-making and no visitor profiling.

Technical delivery

When a website is requested, technically necessary connection data is processed, including IP address, time, requested address, browser and device information and technical status data. Hosting and delivery infrastructure uses this information to provide the site securely and reliably.

The basis is the legitimate interest in secure, stable and abuse-resistant delivery. Technical logs are processed under the security and retention rules of the infrastructure used.

Language preference

When you change language, the site stores the selection as a necessary preference in the “dexon-language” cookie and, where your browser permits it, local storage. It lasts for up to twelve months and is used only to respect your language choice on later visits.

On a first visit, a country signal supplied by the delivery network—or browser language as a fallback—may select a sensible starting language. Your manual choice always takes precedence.

Diagnostic, form and email contact

When you submit the diagnostic, contact details, business information, diagnostic answers and message content are processed to respond, confirm receipt, prepare possible pre-contractual steps and maintain a record of the communication.

If direct transmission is temporarily unavailable, the site may open a prepared email to hello.dexonstudio@gmail.com or let you copy the diagnostic overview. In that case you decide whether to send the message and what information it contains.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Data may be processed by technically necessary hosting and email providers. Depending on the infrastructure, processing may occur outside your country under the safeguards of the relevant service and applicable law.

Enquiries are retained only as long as needed for response, proposal, cooperation, evidence or legal obligations. Enquiries that do not proceed are reviewed and deleted when no legitimate reason for continued retention remains.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and may complain to a competent data-protection authority. Write to hello.dexonstudio@gmail.com. A reasonable identity check may be required before information is disclosed.

Changes

If analytics, CRM functionality or another additional service is activated, this notice will be updated before or at the same time as activation.
