Make the business clear.Make the next step easy.

deXon Studio builds websites and digital guest paths for independent hospitality businesses—from Google and the menu to a reservation, order or event enquiry.

From search to service

Guests should not have to piece your venue together themselves.

Hours on Google, a menu in an old PDF, reservations in direct messages and event enquiries without the details your team needs all create friction. deXon brings those touchpoints into one clear guest path.

  • Be found with accurate information
  • Make the offer easy to understand
  • Turn interest into a useful booking or enquiry

A complete hospitality presence

Everything a guest needs—connected to how your team actually works.

The project starts with the operating problem, not a list of fashionable features. Each part should either help a guest decide or help your team handle the next step.

Be found and chosen

Make the right information visible before the guest calls.

  • Hospitality Audit & Offer Strategy
  • Google, Maps & Local Presence
  • Reviews & Reputation Path
  • Guest-facing Copy & Content

Welcome and convert

Turn attention into a reservation, order or qualified enquiry.

  • Restaurant, Café & Catering Websites
  • Digital Menus & Daily Offers
  • Reservations & Event Enquiries
  • Ordering, WhatsApp & Catering Leads

Stay consistent

Keep the guest experience recognisable across every touchpoint.

  • Hospitality Brand & Art Direction
  • Seasonal Campaigns & Social Content
  • Multilingual Guest Communication
  • Ongoing Care & Performance

Hospitality evidence

Real guest-path problems, clearly classified work.

These cases show how deXon approaches an opening, guest communication and ordering. Client work and internal ventures are labelled honestly; no invented results are used.

Zur Alten Burg

Completed client work

A restaurant opening is not one poster or one social post. Guests need one dependable story across the place, the menu, local media, Google and day-to-day communication.

A food brand can create appetite in seconds and still lose the order if delivery and pickup are mixed into one unclear instruction.

Operator-led by design

Hospitality is not a vertical added to a service list. It is the point of view.

Restaurants, catering businesses and venues need more than an attractive menu page. The path from Google to a guest’s question, reservation, order or event request must fit the team, service rhythm and real operating limits.

More than twenty years in hospitality across Germany, Canada and Serbia shape the questions behind every project—from what a guest needs before visiting to what the team must receive in order to respond well.

Scope is defined before work begins.

These are starting prices, not universal fixed quotes. Before work begins, you receive a precise scope, timeline and price based on languages, content, functionality and integrations.

Photography, video, licences, paid services and additional integrations are quoted separately. Existing client agreements remain unchanged.

Ongoing care—when you need it

The number of changes and response times are agreed in writing before care begins.

  • Care€39 / mo.
  • Care Plus€79 / mo.
  • Managed€149 / mo.

Three useful ways to begin

Start with the smallest scope that can solve the real problem.

Guest-path review

For a venue with an unclear website, outdated information or scattered booking routes. You receive the breakpoints, priorities and smallest useful next step.

Defined hospitality build

For a website, menu, reservation, ordering or catering-enquiry path. Scope, timeline, revisions, ownership and handoff are agreed in writing.

Connected hospitality system

For work that must connect brand, Google, content, website and guest actions. The system is phased so complexity is added only where it helps operations.

Hospitality experience behind the work

Your website is shaped by someone who understands the shift behind it.

Dejan Arnautović has more than two decades of hospitality experience across Germany, Canada and Serbia, alongside work in branding, communication and digital products. That operational background keeps the project focused on what guests need and what the team can actually sustain.

You work with one accountable person from the first diagnosis to the final handoff. Work is remote and primarily written, so decisions stay clear and meetings happen only when they genuinely help.

Start with the guest-path problem

You do not need to prescribe the solution. Show me where guests get stuck.

Send the venue name, website, Google profile or social link and describe what is harder than it should be: finding the menu, understanding the offer, booking a table, placing an order or sending a useful event enquiry. I will identify the likely break and recommend the smallest useful way to fix it.

A short note is enough: what kind of venue you run, where guests find you today and what is not working.

Where do guests get stuck?
What is in place today?
What would help first?
