PA Production

A specialist catalogue needs to help musicians find the right product for the right KORG arranger — without making them decode the catalogue first.

deXon case study cover for the PA Production product experience

About the business

PA Production creates specialist sound sets and related products for professional arranger-keyboard musicians. Its audience already knows the instruments, but compatibility, product generation and release context must be precise before a purchase decision feels safe.

The customer problem

A growing catalogue can easily become a list of technically similar products. The real task was to make instrument compatibility, product differences and the route to the right set understandable while preserving PA Production’s authority inside a highly specialised market.

The strategic response

deXon organised the experience around the musician’s decision: identify the instrument, understand the relevant product family, inspect what is included and move to the correct purchase or enquiry route. The current relaunch direction also creates a repeatable launch system for future releases rather than treating each product as an isolated campaign.

What deXon delivered

  • Information and product architecture
  • Multilingual website and catalogue direction
  • Model-led product discovery
  • Launch concept for the next product generation
  • Booking and enquiry-system planning
  • Communication, legal-content and handoff structure

Operational value

The result is a clearer foundation for discovery, launches and product growth. It is designed to reduce avoidable compatibility questions and let each new release enter an already understandable system. No sales uplift is claimed before the current relaunch is completed and measured.

Evidence and status

PA Production is an active deXon client relationship. The visual shown is a portfolio presentation of the current launch and website direction; it is not presented as a screenshot of a finished public relaunch.
